Terms of Service
Last updated September 11, 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you and Mukesh Agarwal, the individual who operates Thinkgram. They govern your use of the Thinkgram website, accounts, publications, and related services.
Acceptance
By accessing or using Thinkgram, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement where you live. If you use Thinkgram for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
The publication
Thinkgram provides strategic essays, analysis, research, commentary, and related information about artificial intelligence, technology, companies, products, markets, and public policy. The publication may change its format, frequency, coverage, features, or availability over time.
Thinkgram uses technology, including artificial intelligence, to support research and drafting. Every published piece is subject to editorial review, but errors and omissions can still occur. Corrections may be made when warranted.
Information, not professional advice
Thinkgram is provided for general informational and research purposes. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or product. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult qualified advisers when appropriate.
Analysis may include judgments, estimates, forecasts, and opinions that are uncertain and may change. Past events and performance do not guarantee future results.
Accounts
All full essays and the archive require a Thinkgram account. Public titles and summaries are available without an account. You must provide accurate information, keep access to your sign-in method secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
An individual membership is for one person. You may not share account access, routinely forward member-only publications, or make member-only content available to a team or organization. Group access may be offered under separate terms.
Subscriptions and payments
Prices, billing periods, taxes, and the features included in a paid plan will be shown before purchase. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law or the checkout terms provide otherwise.
When billing launches, Paddle will act as the merchant of record and authorized reseller. You will purchase the subscription from Paddle, and its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy will govern the transaction, payment processing, cancellation, applicable taxes, and refunds. Thinkgram will provide the publication and member access described at checkout.
If a lifetime plan is offered, “lifetime” means access for the lifetime of the Thinkgram publication, not the lifetime of the purchaser. Lifetime access is tied to one account, is non-transferable, and does not guarantee that the product, every feature, or any particular publication frequency will continue indefinitely.
Permitted use
Thinkgram grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the service and use its content for your own personal or internal professional reading. You may link to public pages and quote brief excerpts with clear attribution.
You may not, without prior written permission:
- republish, sell, license, or distribute a substantial part of the publication;
- share paid access or systematically distribute member-only content;
- scrape, harvest, or use automated means to extract content at scale, except for conventional search-engine indexing;
- use Thinkgram content to build or train a competing publication, dataset, model, or commercial product;
- circumvent an access control or interfere with the operation or security of the service; or
- use the service unlawfully or to infringe another person’s rights.
Ownership
Thinkgram’s original writing, design, graphics, software, compilation, and branding are owned by Mukesh Agarwal or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Source materials, names, trademarks, and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. Links and citations do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Third-party services
Thinkgram relies on third parties for services such as authentication, hosting, social sign-in, and payments, and may link to independent websites. Their services and content are governed by their own terms and policies. Thinkgram is not responsible for third-party websites or for interruptions outside its reasonable control.
Availability and termination
Thinkgram may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address fraud or abuse, or respond to a material breach of these Terms. When practical, notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue will be provided.
You may stop using Thinkgram at any time. Ending an account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription unless the account or billing interface expressly says so.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thinkgram is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mukesh Agarwal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or decisions made in reliance on Thinkgram. For claims relating to paid access, total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for Thinkgram during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as Thinkgram changes. The date at the top will identify the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email when appropriate. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
