ABOUT THINKGRAM

Keep up. Then go deeper.

Thinkgram is a free newsletter on the AI ecosystem. Thinkfeed brings you a compact stream of developments in research, products, business, infrastructure and policy.

Start with a headline and a short summary. Open any update for a bite-sized explanation, with the sources and related reading underneath. Read Thinkfeed freely; no account is needed.

Thinkfeed is a continuous stream, updated twice a day, alongside weekly essays.

For curious readers

For people who want to understand what is changing in AI and how it affects their work, choices and society.

We explain the development, retain the details that change its meaning, and link to the evidence. A company’s claim, an independent finding and our interpretation should be distinguishable.

Weekly essays

The essays give a question more room: how AI changes knowledge, work, culture, safety and public life.

They connect current developments to supporting and conflicting evidence, historical context and consequences for people.

The AI ecosystem is moving too quickly to understand through isolated headlines alone.

Every day, new products launch, companies shift strategy, research moves into production, regulations evolve, and new claims are made about where the market is going.

The Thinkgram AI Ecosystem Graph connects these developments into a single evolving view.

It brings together the companies, people, investors, products, technologies, research, and regulations shaping AI, along with the sources that document them. It connects this information through claims, metrics, events, predictions, relationships, and supporting evidence that explain how the ecosystem is changing.

This helps Thinkgram move beyond “what happened today” and answer deeper questions:

  • What is actually changing?
  • Who is involved?
  • What evidence supports it?
  • How does it connect to earlier developments?
  • What could it mean for products, companies, markets, and strategy?

The graph supports both Thinkfeed and Thinkgram’s essays, connecting developments with earlier evidence and relationships. Source links stay with the published explanation so readers can inspect its basis.

About the editor

Mukesh Agarwal

I have followed the AI ecosystem closely since before ChatGPT launched, when I began experimenting with early GPT models in 2022. I have worked on technology strategy since 2010 and have long been interested in understanding how new technologies reshape products, companies, and markets.

Over the past four years, I have tracked the rapid evolution of AI. In August 2026, I began developing the technology behind Thinkgram’s AI Ecosystem Graph and its agentic editorial system.

Previously, I was Co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Bito, an AI developer tools company. I have spent more than 20 years in technology and product leadership roles at Microsoft, Komli Media, RevX, and Ernst & Young, and earned my MBA from the Wharton School.
